Parts sold by Stone Parts(www.stoneparts.com),
come with the full manufacturers replacement warranty. The warranty
is good from the date of original purchase. Warranty issues are sometimes
complex so we encourage you to call to place your warranty replacement
parts order.

DAMAGED
If your package was damaged in shipment,
please refuse delivery. If possible, please inspect your package immediately
upon delivery. All packages shipped via UPS are insured. If you are
unable to refuse delivery on a damaged package, you must notify us
immediately so that we may start the damage claim process. |

RECEIVED WRONG
Did we make a mistake and ship the wrong part by accident? No problem,
we will ship the correct part ASAP and make arrangements to have
the incorrect part picked up. Please contact a sales representative
to obtain a pickup tag. |

ORDERED WRONG
Did you order the wrong part? In most cases this will not be a problem.
We encourage you to make sure you are ordering the correct part,
but we understand that not everyone is perfect and mistakes will
happen. Electrical appliance parts that have been opened from their
original packaging are not returnable. Electrical appliance parts
that have been installed are not returnable. Special order parts
that are non-stock items are non returnable. All other appliance
parts in original packaging may be returned and subject to a 20%
restocking fee. There are no returns allowed after 30 days. |
